Baked Aubergines Stuffed with Tomato Sauce (Melitzanes Imambaildi)

Our Melitzanes Imambaildi(Baked Aubergines/Eggplants Stuffed with Tomato Sauce), or sometime simply called Melitzanes Imam. One of the most popular Pan Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
Imambaildi means Imam fainted. There are many anecdotes about the name.
